Fabric:100% cotton heathered unbrushed twill fabric - 180 g/m2 (5.3 oz)- using sustainable BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) cotton

Woven in Portugal, this cotton twill fabric has a uniquely durable texture and is also sustainably sourced, using BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) cotton. This means 40% less water was used when farming, along with being pesticide and chemical free. But the most impressive part is the beautiful depth and rich textured finish the fabric holds. A true triple threat of sustainability, beauty and braun.

Care:  We recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry low.

We built the Cascade shirt to look and feel great in any situation. Unlike traditional flannels that have a boxy fit, the Cascade is a modern fitting silhouette featuring a slightly tapered body with standard chest and sleeve measurements. The result is a cut that allows enough movement for outdoor use, but looks fitted when heading out on the town. 

(We take into account that 100% cotton can shrink, so we add a small amount of shrinkage into each pattern. This means your shirt may fit a tad long out of the box. We recommend washing cold and hang drying if no shrinkage is wanted)

Beyond Tough Construction

The life of a garment is largely
determined by the quality of the construction. That’s why we use an interlocking fell stitch on all side seams and triple-needle stitching on shoulder seams to maximize garment durability. Flat fell stitching on the inside eliminates any chance for irritation. Bottom line: a Pladra is made to last and to hand down through the generations.
