Fabric: Organic 100% cotton heavyweight Portuguese flannel - 330g/m2 (9.7 oz.)

The pinnacle of beauty and braun, our Fireside Flannel is made of durable 2-ply yarns that give strength and texture. This ultra heavy fabric is unbrushed on the face for a crisp, classic look, and triple brushed on the inside for ultra warmth and comfort. The shirt is garment washed to minimize shrinkage which also gives a vintage feel. The Fireside Flannel wears like a sweatshirt, yet is durable for everything you love to do outdoors.

Care:  We recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry low.

The Fireside Flannel is built to perform outdoors while being versatile for everyday wear. Unlike traditional flannels that have a boxy fit, the Fireside is a modern fitting silhouette featuring a slightly tapered body with standard chest and sleeve measurements. The result is a cut that allows enough movement for outdoor use, but looks tailored when heading out on the town. Wear it buttoned up or open as a jacket, the Fireside is truly a jack of all trades.

Made from our heaviest fabric, this shirt is perfect for wearing buttoned up as a traditional flannel or open as a light jacket. Built from incredibly soft Portuguese cotton, we garment wash the Fireside Flannel for added comfort and a worn-in feel. This flannel is built for the outdoors - cozy like a sweatshirt and perfect for lounging by a campfire.

Beyond Tough Construction

The life of a garment is largely
determined by the quality of the construction. That’s why we use an interlocking fell stitch on all side seams and triple-needle stitching on shoulder seams to maximize garment durability. Flat fell stitching on the inside eliminates any chance for irritation. Bottom line: a Pladra is made to last and to hand down through the generations.
