We set out to create a modern, technical fishing shirt that doesn’t look like your traditional fishing shirt. And now after years of development, it’s here. Built from a technical Ripstop, tri-blend fabric of cotton, nylon and spandex, the Yuba is quick drying, moisture wicking and UPF 50+ protection combined with unmatched durability.  The clean lines and minimalist styling allow to Yuba to worn at the office or out to dinner, and not just on the water. But below the surface lies 2 large hidden zippered chest pockets that are big enough for fly boxes. This mix of technical function and modern styling elevates the Yuba to a new standard of performance shirts.

 

  • Fabric:  52% cotton, 46% nylon,  2% spandex ripstop fabric with UPF 50+ protection, quick dry, and wicking finishing
  • Fit: Slightly tapered, active fit through body. Standard fit through chest and sleeves. 
  • Nature Print Liner: Flies print under cuffs, collar and back yoke.
  • Construction Details: Two dual entry chest pockets with button flap closure and zippered side access pockets for fly boxes; triple needle stitching at shoulders and back yoke; reinforced chest pockets, sleeves and cuffs; clean internal fell stitching; matching plaid lines throughout body, hidden button closures at collar

Out Of Sight Wildlife Scenes

The signature feature on every Pladra Flannel is an artist’s wildlife scene that appears subtly out of sight on the underside of the cuffs and collar as well as on the inner yoke. Reproduced from authentic wildlife art, these nature scenes will bring back memories of your

Beyond Tough Construction

The life of a garment is largely
determined by the quality of the construction. That’s why we use an interlocking fell stitch on all side seams and triple-needle stitching on shoulder seams to maximize garment durability. Flat fell stitching on the inside eliminates any chance for irritation. Bottom line: a Pladra is made to last and to hand down through the generations.
