It's made from a heavyweight 370g fabric that is durably constructed, has an unbrushed face so that it won't pill much, and is triple brushed on the inside for maximum comfort. If you can't tell, we love Portuguese cotton flannel. It truly is the best in the world. In our custom flannel fabrics, we use durable 2-ply yarns that will hold up with every wash, and will not pill or shrink too much. But they are also incredibly soft- truly the best flannel you will ever wear. This season we have some new limited edition styles that are moving quickly so act fast!
